Matrix is built by GiniLytics IT Solutions

One workspace for the whole shape of a delivery business — the projects, the hours behind them, the people who do the work, and the pipeline that brings the next one in.

What we build

Matrix is a multi-tenant web application: your company signs up, gets its own workspace, its own roles and its own data, and invites its people in. Inside it are project boards and backlogs, epics and sprints, Daily Status Reports recording hours against specific issues, attendance and leave, an employee directory and reporting hierarchy, a CRM, hiring, hardware asset allocation, and the reports built from all of it.

The unifying idea is narrow and worth stating plainly: these things belong in the same database. A report on what a project cost should read the same records the team worked in, and offboarding someone should be one action rather than four systems. Most of the product’s design follows from that.

It is built as a Go API over PostgreSQL with a React front end, and it runs against infrastructure you already have — your SMTP server for mail and S3-compatible storage for files.

How Matrix is built

The principles behind the product

Four decisions that shape everything else, and that you will notice within a week of using it.

One workspace, one record

Delivery, the hours behind it, the people who do the work and the pipeline that brings it in all belong in the same database. That single decision is why a report on what a project cost needs no export, no integration and no reconciliation.

Configuration over convention

Stages, leave types, holidays, document types, hardware types, departments, job titles and business domains are all catalogues you maintain. Matrix learns your company's vocabulary rather than asking you to adopt ours.

Access decided once, enforced everywhere

One named permission catalogue drives the navigation, the application route and the API. Grant it and the screen appears; revoke it and the request is refused — so access is a single, reviewable decision.

Everything we describe, we have built

Each capability on this site is one you can open in the product. We would rather show you a working workspace in an afternoon than a roadmap in a slide deck.

Working with the teams who use it

Matrix is shaped by the day-to-day of running delivery work: the end-of-day report, the month-end hours question, the leave request that lands mid-sprint, the laptop that needs returning when someone moves on. Those are the details the product is built around.

If you use Matrix and would be willing to talk about how your team works, we would genuinely like to hear from you. That conversation is where the next set of improvements comes from.

Getting in touch

Sales, Enterprise onboarding, security questionnaires and anything else: sales@ginilytics.com.

If you already have a workspace, log in to Matrix. If you do not, the pricing page explains how the plans work.

Have a look for yourself

The clearest thing we can say about Matrix is that it is quick to try. Create a workspace, put one real project in it, and see how it fits.
